Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing an item you hereby agree to have been aware of the following terms below before your purchase.

 

Description of website services offered

​

This website is the official website of  Kendra Abena Baffour featuring oil paint mediums on canvas. All artworks are handmade with authenticity, genuineness and love. All of the artwork can be viewed and purchased online on the website, kendraabena.com.  I also have a blog where you will be able to learn more about me behind my art and my thoughts throughout the days. This also stems as an opportunity for you to comment and interact with me and others around the world.

Comments, Reviews and Emails

Visitors may post content in reply to the blog posts as long as it is not obscene, threatening, harassing, illegal, infringing on intellectual rights, defamatory, invasive of privacy or injurious in any way towards the Artist or third parties. If not abided by I (Kendra Abena) reserve all rights to remove offending posted content.  

 

Purchasing Policy

 

Payments can be made through Paypal, visa debit and credit card.On completion of your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal or an email from me.  We will make reasonable efforts to package the artwork and ship it within seven (7) business days. However, it is important to note that the time frame may depend on seasonal/holiday, or unforeseeable reasons. 

Nonetheless, rest assured that in the event we are unable to ship the artwork in a timely manner, you will be contacted via phone call, email or text to be informed of the delay 1 week in advance.

Custom Requests & Orders

​

When purchasing a custom order, you are commissioning the artist to create for you an ORIGINAL piece of artwork.  These paintings will be one-of-a-kind and not duplicated. 

When ordering a Custom, the following process must be followed:

  • Choose from various listed canvas sizes and price points. (You can email me if you need a size that is not on the list).

  • Fill out the custom order request form (check the Shop page at the bottom)

  • Once I have confirmed my ability to paint your order and provide you the details (cost, time frame etc), a 50% payment deposit is required. Once payment is received, you will be added to My commissioned painting schedule. And the other 50% is required upon the completion of the order before it is shipped out.

 

**NOTE: It is important to note that the first half of the purchase (50%) is non-refundable, even if you cancel your order or desire a refund upon receiving the painting.

Images of completed, custom paintings can be emailed out for approval prior to shipping, but only upon client's request.

  • Waiting time for custom orders to be complete is around 3-4 weeks before shipping, but can be anywhere from 2-8 weeks in the event something happens.  

  • Rush Orders are available for an extra fee (starting from 100$). However, please contact me to inquire.

Shipping &Handling

 

All artworks are packaged with tender love and care. All pieces are protected with glassine paper, bubble wrap and packaged carefully into a cardboard of appropriate size. All items will be shipped via UPS.

It is important to note depending on where you live the process of delivery will vary.

Custom/Duty Fees

​

The receiver is responsible for any customs / duties fees imposed by their country.  This is normally not the case for paintings, but each country is different.

 

Refund Policy

 

ALL purchases are final, except in the case of damage.If you would like a refund, please contact me. The item must be re-sent back to the return address for my inspection, and be in excellent condition with the original packaging. No amount can be refunded until the item has been returned in undamaged condition. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer. 

**NOTE: As mentioned in the custom request & orders Policy above, 50% of the price of  the commissioned, custom paintings is a non-refundable fee for the artist's time and material costs in creating a piece specific to clients personal requests. 

Refunds would be determined case by case, Please do not hesitate to contact me if you desire to discuss for a  refund (please note: that this does not mean you are 100% guaranteed a refund).

 You have 7 days to request a refund from the day you received the order, unfortunately, any request after that period will be denied.
